what it is?
wewood is a brand who makes watches, they emerged out of italy as an symbol of eco-luxury and design, committed to the health of our planet. They use unused pieces of maple and guaiaco, a native tree from south america, for their creations. in addition they use only natural materials to maintain the color stains and natural nuance of the wood. there is even more heart for nature. wewood's mission is to recover mother nature by planting a tree for every watch that is sold. the watches go for about $119 and they are sold here.

why it's cool?
not only look the watches really cool and beautiful, i also love the concept behind it. especially that they plant a whole new tree for every watch! also there slogan is cool, and true. "the best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. the second best time is now."
